Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Attended North Carolina A&T on a football scholarship and became a 4 year starter while earning All conference and All American accolades. While there I became 3x conference champion and 2x HBCU national champion. While playing college football I wanted to take my game up to another level and started training in the off season with my first ever coach. After seeing how much my game transformed I kept that passion after graduating and wanted to take it to the next level in training and making sure individuals understood the right way of working out and helping them develop more confidence in themselves from learning and practicing great habits.
